Marius Skuodis is a Member of the Board of the Bank of Lithuania (since 2025), responsible for financial stability, financial market development, euro banknotes and coins, and the Bank’s corporate services.
He previously served as Lithuania’s Minister of Transport and Communications (2020–2024) and as Vice-Minister of the Economy and Innovation (2018–2020). Earlier in his career, he was Director of the International Relations Department at the Bank of Lithuania and lectured at Vilnius University.
He holds a PhD in Social Sciences and an MA in European Studies from Vilnius University, as well as an MPA in Public and Economic Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
